Paris is one of the most visited cities in the world and there’s so much to see and do. But this is my ultimate top five touristy things to do in the French capital.
Podgorica, Montenegro’s capital city, is definitely not one of the great cities of Europe. Whilst Montenegro is rapidly growing in popularity owing to spectacular scenery, beautiful beaches, and a low living cost, Podgorica itself is not really somewhere that attracts the tourists. Within Rome, the old and the new sit together in harmony. It’s the ancient that proves the biggest draw for tourists though, and with sights such as the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and the Pantheon, it’s not hard to see why.
If you read last week’s post on the town, I think we’ve firmly established by now that Kotor is more stunning and captivating than words could do justice. Traditional Mediterranean architecture is juxtaposed with the striking mountains above, with spectacular views everywhere you look. But the Bay of Kotor is much more than just Kotor and its Old Town.
